LETTER: David Thomas, London, to his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Thomas, The Cafe, Castle Sq., Caernarfon, acknowledging letter and £3. Mentions how important his father must be when being compelled to attend Court all day, but hopes that if he had given any evidence he did not incur the enmity of W.O. Williams. He noticed that John had a nice trip to Liverpool, but sorry to hear the result, but it was Richard Roberts first try case since the dissolution and such result did not speak well of his legal knowledge. The weather is fine, he goes out little, except on Friday nights he goes a little distance to see a place similar to Castle Sq. on a fair day. He went to the Agricultural Hall one Saturday, a place very much larger than the "Pavilion". He is coming on nicely with the work for his exams. He has been told how busy his father had been with the election of C.A. Jones. Sends regards to friends. Attached: PROGRAMME: of Dr. Joseph Parker’s sermon.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
