Andrews and Son, Ltd., 3,5, and 7 The Hayes, Cardiff informing them that their clients are prepared to reduce to 5% from the 25 March the rates of interest on 18 to 20. 33 to 35 and 30 to 32 Cardiff Road, and on Mitre Square and Hotel. Should the money market improve they reserve the right to reinstate the higher rate of interest. Request for 1 guinea towards the costs of correspondence over the matter.
