LETTER: Mr. Charles Tomkins, Livery Yard, Aberdyfi [to Mr. Solomon Andrews] reminding him of the rent paid by him [C. T.] for grazing his animals on Aberdyfi common, and stating that if Mr. Andrews now wishes him to remove his animals, he must compensate him or give 12 months notice. He also accuses Mr. Andrews that he promised that there would be no trespassing but has not fulfilled his promise.
