LETTER: C. Tomkins, Livery Yard, Aberdyfi to [Solomon Andrews]. Informs him that his father is ill. C. T. cannot help with the fence but has measured it at 400 yds.. The posts are all rotten and cannot keep sheep out. He has been told by a gentleman in Aberdyfi that when the fence is put up, it will be thrown down again.
