LETTER: J. Tomkins, Livery Yard, Aberdyfi [to S. Andrews], informing him that he will pay £12 p.a. for the land, and concerning the maintenance of that land and fences. Requests permission to turn cattle onto part of the land, until fence is repaired, otherwise they will stray to road and he will be summoned. Promises to keep fence in good repair.
