LETTER: J. Hughes Jones, timber merchant, Aberdyfi to Solomon Andrews and Son, Cardiff, giving him possession of Aberdyfi marsh, Oct. 18, 1899. Enclosed: 1. John Hughes Jones of Aberdyfi. 2. Solomon Andrews, merchant, of Cardiff. AGREEMENT: whereby Mr. J.H. Jones agrees to sell and Mr. Andrews agrees to buy a piece of land at Aberdyfi coloured pink on plan (not enclosed) for the sum of £850. Annexed: LETTER: S. Andrews to J. Hughes Jones, allowing Mr. Jones to dump rubbish on Aberdyfi Marsh and to dig up sand therefrom for building purposes (18 October 1899.) VISITING CARD: ’Fred E. Smith’. VISITING CARD: ’Mr. H.J.
