Request to know if could get right of way to set rubbish tip if necessary, if began vein in Mr. Roberts’ ground. Enquires if rubbish could be tipped their way if commenced but did not get agreement with Jones. Re vein in Mr. Roberts land and quarry with Jones which Mr. Jones holds mineral rights. Has written to Mr. Jones but not received reply.
