PROBATE OF WILL (1 Dec 1827) of John Williams of Portinllaen, Edern, bequeathing £200 each to his sons Robert, Griffith and Richard Williams, and his daughter Jane Williams, and £5 each to his son Owen Williams and his daughter Mary, wife of Watkin Williams. Everything else, including his moiety of the messuage, tenement, lands, houses and all appurtenances belonging to Pen y Cil, Aberdaron, now in the tenure of Richard Thomas, to his wife, Margery Williams, and after her death to his son, Griffith Williams and his heirs. Executrix: Wife, Margery Williams.
