He has omitted the Toll House, Portdinorwic [Y Felinheli], as it might be offered to the Church Authorities in the first instance. He does not advise a public sale of the smaller plots of land around Llaniestyn, which should be offered freehold to the tenants. He gives a list of reserve prices for the lands.
