LETTER: J. Higgon, [1 Glasfryn Terrace], Arthog to S. Andrews and Son, Head Office, Cardiff re vein of iron ore discovered on Andrews land near Abermaw Junction and quality of metal in vein. Also mentions that Mr. Davies is thinking over price quoted for 8 St. Mary’s Terrace and reports Mr. Blakey is of the opinion that it would be unwise to sell plot to Mr. Hand at present until more is known about vein of iron ore.
