LETTER: E. Blakey, estate agent, Jubilee Road, Abermaw to Messrs. S. Andrews and Son, Cardiff. Contains agreement to purchase a further plot by Rev. Canon F.D. Cremer with the proviso that he be allowed to make a gateway, paying a consideration of 1/- per annum in acknowledgement, but with no responsibility on vendor to construct any road or right to trespass by purchaser on adjoining land. Also in consideration of laving purchased over an acre he requests an allowance of £20.
