LETTER: E. Blakey, estate agent, Jubilee Road, Abermaw to Messrs. S. Andrews and Son, St. Mary St., Cardiff, re proposed sale of plot on the Fegla to Rev. Canon Cremer of Manchester. Notes that purchaser proposes to build one good house on plot. Expresses opinion that other sales may now follow. Feels sure that Mr. Adams, solicitor, of Dolgellau will release this plot and also enquires if Mr. Andrews will allow stone to be carted from the tips at a nominal charge.
