LETTER: E. Blakey, estate agent, Jubilee Road, Abermaw to Messrs. S. Andrews and Son, Cardiff re plot to be sold to Mr. Haines. Land was part of Reveley estate. Mr. Adams, solicitor, Dolgellau will act for Mr. Haines, he also being solicitor for Mortgagees, therefore no difficulty visualised in releasing the plot simply by endorsement on the mortgage.
