LETTER: Edwin Blakey, estate agent, Beach Road, Abermaw to Messrs. S. Andrews and Son, Cardiff re proposed reclamation at Abermaw Junction. Reports that levelling on above land completed and encloses tracings of sections as required by Board of Trade [not present]. Has supplied similar set to Board of Trade, together with a detailed plan and will await reply before inserting advertisements in papers. Another set supplied to Cambrian Railways Co.. Also reports that agents [unnamed] refuse to sell plot enclosed by Andrews land [near Ynyscyffylog].
