LETTER (copy): ?Messrs. Lloyd and Pratt, 28 Stow Hill, Newport, co. Mon. to Mr. Hanson, States that the public have a right of way along the path. Messrs. Andrews & Son cannot admit any liabilities regarding damage by other parties but are pleased to help by writing to the Town Clerk, threatening to close the path, and asking the Corporation to pay for the damage committed.
