LETTER: Thomas Evans, auctioneer & land agent, Pwllheli to Messrs. S. Andrews & Son, Cardiff.. Lists the lands for sale. The auction will be held on 10 Aug. 1896 unless Messrs. Andrews buy it now. Mentions that the owners had been asking double for the place, without part of Crugiau Farm. He hopes that Mr. Andrews is better.
