Has been no response to his application to pay up calls at Pwllheli Sanatorium. Is taking counsel’s opinion as to procedure to be adopted against Davies, Hartnett, Blakey and Sadgrove. Position as given by authorities. Believes will call meeting of shareholders to consider indemnifying someone to take necessary proceedings. News of their brickwork and new management and purchases. Begin making bricks following Monday and will send him sample within three weeks. Hopes to carry out contract with them before end of year.
