Accept Mr. Edwards’ offer re 2 Cardiff Rd.. Asked £1350 for 5 Cardiff Rd.. Wonders why changed minds re Hotel. Mr. Merriman has decided to buy plot Lower Cardiff Road and are awaiting plan from architect. Does not want to commit them re Recreation Ground for following cricket season. Suggestion for Mr. T.H. Jones. Do not want to sell land beyond no. 24 W. E. but might let if for parking ground, on annual tenancy. Request tell Mr. O’Hara this.
