Have been offers for house but none serious. Notes re Mr. Shrewsbury and will let Mrs. Wms. know. Re Glynyweddw Hall. Notes re Legion and Recreation Ground. Doubts if Hotel interested. Town should be, though unlikely they will. Mr. O’Hara making enquiries re plot at end of 24 West End.
