LETTER: A. Andrews at 3, 5, and 7 The Hayes, Cardiff to Mrs. King at Pwllheli to say has received letters and can now write to Lloyd and Pratt re land are selling to Rowlands. Can see no objection to letting him have access from road. Is glad mentioned re culvert required. Had letter from Co-op re Mitre but cannot reply immediately as Mr. Sydney not available. Hopes work at side of Post Office soon completed. Asking what is position re ladders, and if ironmongery has sent on measuring tape. Has not yet heard from N.W. Power Co. and asks if thinks should wait for written confirmation before asking L and P. to prepare contract.
