He notes re proposed new office but warns permit must be obtained before starting job. Request to acknowledge warning. Says that Sale Catalogue re Llanbedrog shows is correct for Bryn-y-gro and Rectory to use water source, but no one else except themselves. Imagines cost of keeping pipes in order should be shared. Asks who is complaining of poor supply. Request to read letter to Mr. Philip.
