COPY OF LETTER: David Williams, Bron Eryri to D. Breese. DW begs DB to inform Mr. & Mrs Williams, Tuhwntirbwlch that DW has no account against the trust estate. The partnership account against Mr. Williams personally must not be mixed with the above nor with the £200 due to DW’s sister, It was always agreed that the £200 should be deducted from DW’s bill against the property. The attempt to mix them on the part of Mr. Williams is unfair, [DW] has no other alternative but to force a settlement, DW does not want any war or quarrel with JW but he told DW he would take every opportunity to be offensive. DW expects that it is nothing to JW personally how the property is disposed and DW has no hesitation in stating that JW misappropriated what could have been used on the roads. Re JW’s son, JW knows his allusions are groundless. DW concludes by requesting that DB will immediately make out their partnership account and assist him and the trust estate not with a view of mixing them up with DW’s account which he will not allow.
