AUTHORISATION, signed by Thomas Parry Jones, David Ellis and William Alexander Madocks being the committee of subscribers of road leading to Porthdinllaen, to Thomas Payne of Wern Penmorfa to set out the line of road leading from Tanygroes to Turnpike through Rhydygwystl to the Common high road. They also appoint a meeting of the subscribers to the straight or upper line at the village of Llanarmon on 13 Dec. next to set the same in different lots to such persons, as can be agreed with for executing the same.
