LETTER: [W.A. Madocks], Half Moon St. [London] to John [Williams]. Writes at length in praise of Williams as a man of integrity. Glad that he agrees about necessity of fences. Fully agrees respecting Bwlch meadows; they will make most excellent hay ground for the borough. Wants ditches made this winter.
