LLYTHYRAU W.A. MADOCKS LETTERS

Diweddariad yw hwn o hen lawrestr. Fe gynnwys nifer o lythyrau ychwanegol. Helaethwyd yn sylweddol ar nodiadau byrion y llawrestr wreiddiol gan adysgrifennu darnau o’r llythyrau yn eu crynswth. Serch hynny fe erys cyd-destun amryw ohonynt braidd yn aneglur.
Er mwyn cynnwys y llythyrau newydd ad-drefnwyd y rhifau gwreiddiol. Ceir rhestr o’r hen rif au a’r rhifau newydd drosodd. Dylid cyfeirio atynt bellach yn ôl trefn eu marc catalog newydd XD8/2.

This catalogue is a revision of a previous handlist. It contains a number of additional letters. The brief notes of the original handlist have been considerably expanded and the contents of some of the letters have been reproduced in their entirety. Nevertheless, the context of several items remains decidedly obscure.
In order to include the new letters, the original numbers have been rearranged. A list of the old and new numbers is to be found overleaf. References should in future be made using the new catalogue mark of XD/8/2.
