LETTER: Superintending Engineer at North Wales District of Post Office Telegraphs, Liverpool to Messrs. S. Andrews and Son at Imperial Buildings Cardiff, thanking them for consent to place over-ground telegraph line along Cardiff Road, Pwllheli. Refer them to Section 30 of Telegraph Act of 1863 and request they withdraw stipulation that Postmaster General should "alter the position of the poles any time this may be required" and to this end returns consent for amendment.
