PROBATE OF THE WILL (3 March 1880) of John Williams of 23 Well Street, Gerlan, pa.[rish] Llanllechid, co. Caerns., joiner, bequeathing all his property to his wife, Harriet Williams, for the term of her life, and that after the death of his wife the freehold house in Well Street is to become the property of his son, David, who is to give within 6 years of his inheritance, £20 to John, his son, £10 to Ruth, his daughter, and £5 to each of his other children, the house to be equally shared in the event of his eldest son’s death.
