PROBATE OF THE WILL (3 July 1889) of Mary Davies of 52 High Street, Bethesda, pa.[rish] Llanllechid, co. Caerns., wife of Morris Davies, bequeathing all her wearing apparel equally between her four daughters, a gold watch chain to her daughter Mary Anne and her watch unto Sarah Catherine; also a one fifth share of the freehold farm known as Rowen Isa, co. Caernarfon to her son, David, all the rest of her estate to her two sons, David and William.
