ADDRESS to the Marquis of Anglesey from the gentlemen, clergy, and freeholders of the county of Caernarfon. They congratulate him and the English army on their victory. Their bravery has secured the liberty of Europe. They condole with him on the serious injury he received and applaud the exploits of the Plas Newydd family.
