COPY LETTER: Arthur Ashley of St. Asaph to the Director of the North and South Wales Bank, Liverpool. He suggests achieving an early settlement for his creditors either by having the concern wound up, or by allowing him to carry on the business to try and work out his debts, by an advice of £200 or £300, on his assigning all his stock and implements of trade as security.
