COPY CASE with the opinion of D. Ellis, Gwynfryn, Attorney General, in a dispute between Mr. Haslam and Mr.Richard Hall. Mr.Haslam accepted a bond in payment for a supply of paper. Cash was paid for the difference. The bond was dishonoured.
