DRAFT BILL in the case Richard Ellis of Beaumaris [Biwmares], co. Anglesey, hatter, administrater of the goods of Grace Lewis, late of Coed Cadw, parish of Llaniestyn, co. Anglesey, widow, deceased -v- John Parry, late of the parish of Llaiestyn and Eliza his wife. Grace Lewis died intestate. The defendants first took out letters of administration but these were later repealed and issued in the name of the plaintiff. He accuses the defendants of appropriating part of the personal estate.
