COPY WILL of Hugh Price of Holywell, co. Flint, gent. Leaves household estate and all his personal estate to friends James Williams and William Davies of Llandudno, co. Caernarfon, miners in trust. His wife is to have a life interest in his household goods, etc. and to have rents and profits of his estates (with certain reservations with respect to his mineral revenues) and after her death her cousin Jane Pingleton is to have an annuity of £10 from the estate or to enjoy during her life the use of the house in the new Road rent free. Gives the said Jane the articles that belonged to her grandfather. After wife’s death leaves to Thomas Pierce and Sarah Pierce, children of his late niece Mary, £50 each on their marriage or attainment of age of 21 years. After wife’s death leaves to his sister Dorothy Jones 7/- per week. The rest of his household and personal estate after wife’s death is to be divided equally among his 16 nephews and nieces. After wife’s death the profits of his mining concerns are to be divided among his nephews. Appoints his 2 trustees his executors.
