PROBATE OF WILL (1812, 1 December) of Thomas Holder of Caernarfon, shopkeeper. Leaves his house, shop and warehouse and yard in Poole Street in the suburbs of Caernarfon, co. Caernarfon - now held by his servant Anne Williams, spinster, during her life to John Price of Caernarfon, attorney, in trust, after decease of Anne Williams he is to sell the property and share the money amongst his relations at Lympstone, Devonshire. Leaves to his servant Anne Williams the use of his household goods during her life. On her death they are to be sold and the money shared between his relations. The residue of his estate is to go to his relations. Appoints John Price his executor.
