Cornwall, surgeon, eldest brother and heir at law of Griffith Coytmore, the younger who was the devisee in fee in the will of Griffith Coytmore the elder, late of St. Jarvis, co. Pembroke, gent., deceased. 2) Samuel Price of co. Middlesex, Esq. LEASE for a year of a house and land in the parish of Dwygyfylchi., co. Caernarfon, called Glyn and another in the same parish called Sechnant alias Soughnant with a mill called Melin Soughnant, also a field in the same parish called Cae Mrs. Coytmore and a rent charge of £1 out of Cae Mawr and Ty Mawr in the parish of Dwygyfylchi, and one other rent charge out of lands in the same parish owned by Sir Watkin Williams Wynne, Bart.
