CASE and the opinion of Mr. Cockerell re Erianell Wen. In 1810 estates of John Price were vested in O. A. Poole and Wm. Lowe in trust to sell them. Most of these were purchased by Rev. Robert Evans. In 1812 one farm, Erianellwen, was sold to the Earl of Uxbridge. A mistake was made in the conveyance to Mr. Evans and the property Erianellwen was included. Mr. Evans refused to have the mistake amended on the grounds that the acreage in the sale particulars was not accurate. He signed a contract in 1823, but still refuses to sign the conveyance of Erianell to the Marquis of Anglesey, although the trustees are ready to make restitution for the short acreage. The opinion of Mr. Cockerell of Lincolns Inn is given.
