LETTER: J. M. Conway from Denbigh to S. Grindley, Tregarnedd, co. Anglesey, demanding that he send him his rents. Asks about the price he intends to pay for the purchase of the estate. Insists he cannot wait longer for the money. With covering letter: S. Grindley to John Price. He refers to "that troublesome fellow Conway" and casts doubt on his sanity. Gives instructions to Price to pay the money.
