MINUTES of a proposed exchange of lands between Lord Uxbridge and Mrs. Lloyd of Hirdrefaig comprising a quillet in Hirdrefaig near the house part of Pencaint. Also a house and smith’s shop and 3 crofts held by Robert David, in exchange for a house called Beddabach, a field called Cae Tu ardd tros y lon, with the house thereon, a field called Cae Gryn with 2 houses (divided into smaller enclosures) subject to a lease for 3 lives to William Prichard and his family.
