COPY LETTER: Carter Vincent & Co., 4 Church Street, Caernarfon to Messrs. d’Albani & Ellis, re the Rev. P.C. Ellis, deceased. He gives the report on his inspection of Ysgubor Fawr, with recommendation re tenancy and the provision of a cattle shed.

LETTER (19 March 1906): Henry M. Ellis, S. Augustine’s Vicarage to his cousin, Arthur ___, agreeing that they should accept [John Thomas] Parry as tenant jointly with Mrs. Griffiths. He thinks they ought to have the cow shed at £20-25.
