LETTER: Wm. Kniveton of Bodowen to Sir Hugh Owen, Esq., Grovenor Street, London, re a demand he has received for a chief rent to the Bishop. He objects that it should be paid by the landlord not by the tenant. Endorsed with a reply from H. Owen insisting that Mr. Kniveton is responsible for it.
