LETTER: William Jones of Caernarfon to Richard Poole. The intended new road from Pont y Saint to Pont Newydd [Bontnewydd] cuts across a corner of Tyddyn Du. Asks if he and Sir William Owen are aware of this. He thinks the road does no damage to the farm as the ground there was a "nasty dirty puddle that produced nothing".
