X/POOLE/1322

LETTER: William Owen of Orielton to Poole directing him to send him some money. He is pleased to hear that Mr. Hugh Owen is now in full possession of Aberffraw. However, if he goes to Dublin he will forget his Welsh. He had hoped that he would qualify himself at quarter sessions before he left as he is sure to forget it all in Dublin.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
