CONDITIONAL SURRENDER of a messuage, tenement and lands with the appurtenances called Pen y Clip, a meadow or parcel of land called Gwern Gwtta, a house with the appurtenances called Tu knapp, fields, closes or parcels of lands with the appurtenances called Caer Penrhyn or Caia’r penrhyn, a meadow with the appurtenances called Gwerglodd fawr, a messuage, tenement and lands with the appurtenances called Gwredog, a messuage, tenement and lands with the appurtenances called yr Allt goch or Gallt goch, all in pa.[rish] Llanwnda, on condition payment of £2000.
