LETTER: Arthur Owen from Gloucester to Poole giving Poole orders to complete the division of a large farm into small holdings to be sold off. He needs the money to pay off a bill from the silversmiths in London for £1000. Another debtor of his, Capt. Williams, has not paid him back the £100 be owes him. Asks Poole to arrange a loan for him if possible.
