COPY LICENCE to sell the farm called Brynllewellyn now the property of John Owen, a captain in 61 Regiment of foot, eldest son of Rev. Hugh Owen, clerk, with covering letter (11 Nov. 1811). O. A. Poole to the Rev. Edward Hughes, Kinmel Park, St. Asaph, explaining that Capt. Owen wishes to sell the farm in question and asking for his consent.
