PROBATE OF WILL (14 April 1745) of Owen Owens of Pwllheli. He gives messuages, tenements and hereditaments called Parcel, Capas Lwyd and Hendre, pa.[rish] Llanhaiarn [Llanaelhaearn] to his sister Anne for the term of 7 years, then to his sister Catherine for the term of 5 years, then to his niece Anne, the only daughter of his brother Hugh Owen and her heir (and in default of issue, to his brother Hugh Owen). He appoints his cousin Henry Roberts executor of the premises, to whom he bequeathes the sum of £5 for his care and diligence in the execution thereof.
