LETTER: H. Owen from London to Richard Poole. He is pleased to hear that Carigrinon has been let to such an able tenant as Henry Owen and hopes he will build up the houses, etc.. Also mentions the byeholds and hopes that Poole will manage to let them for the amount at which they were valued. He wants good tenants for those who will build houses.
