LETTER: Hugh Owen from New Bond Street to Richard Poole, discusses various estate matters, collection of arrears, the question of letting the byeholds, etc.. One of his tenant’s lands has suffered an encroachment by Hugh Jones, a tenant of Mr. Panton’s. He insists on standing firm against him and refuses to give up his right to any lands.
