DECLARATION OF JUSTICES of the county of Anglesey, declaring that they have exerted themselves to carry out the Royal Proclamation of 21 May 1792, and that order has been preserved, no treasonable publications or seditious plans have been published within their jurisdiction. They also comment on the loyal and peaceable disposition of the county’s inhabitants in contrast to other places in the country.
