CERTIFICATES OF NOTIFICATION OF DEATH of Richard Williams, War Hospital, Horton, age 28. Attached NOTE (28 March 1918) from D. Walker, Major R.A.M.C. (T.) War Hospital, Bradford, to Mrs. Williams, Tyrardd, Edern, to accompany a burial certificate which she should take to the authorities at the Methodist church and arrange for a grave etc.. The body of the late Pte. Williams would be sent by the train leaving Bradford the next day at 8.35 pm. which would arrive at Pwllheli at 11.06 a.m. on Saturday 30 and she should arrange for an undertaker to meet the train and carry the body to her home.
